The hardest thing about applying AI to regulated work is not the conversation. It is everything that has to be true about the record afterwards.
Regulated industries have spent a decade automating the easy half: the forms, the routing, the reminders. The half that resists is the one where a person has to sit down with another person and establish what happened. That work is expensive, it varies with whoever does it, and it produces a file that is hard to defend when challenged. We are building the officer that does it the same way every time, and shows its working.
Team
Jules is an entrepreneur and software engineer. Prudara is his third company. The first, in FinTech, was acquired. The second built conversational AI for government paperwork. He was previously a software developer at General Motors, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Thuan spent almost five years as a software engineer at General Motors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
