These terms govern access to the Prudara website and to the Prudara platform. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past; where something is a genuine limitation on what we offer, it is stated plainly rather than buried.
01Who these terms bind
These terms apply to you if you browse this website, and to your organisation if it has entered into a written agreement with Prudara for use of the platform.
Where a signed agreement exists between Prudara and your organisation, that agreement governs and these terms yield to it on any point of conflict.
02What Prudara provides
Prudara conducts interviews according to a workflow that you define, and returns a structured record of what was said and what evidence was captured.
Prudara does not make the underlying decision on a claim, an application or an entitlement. The output is evidence for a decision your organisation makes, and the responsibility for that decision remains with you.
03Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the workflow you configure, including the questions asked, the fields required and the rules that determine an outcome. Prudara executes that workflow; it does not vouch for its adequacy under the regulations you operate within.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to interview the people you invite, and for providing them with any notice your jurisdiction requires.
04Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to interview a person without their knowledge, to make a decision that a regulation requires a human to make, or in any manner that would be unlawful if performed by one of your own staff.
You may not attempt to extract the underlying models, circumvent the validation applied to their output, or reverse-engineer the platform.
05Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant it on this website. Availability commitments for the platform, where they exist, are set out in your organisation's agreement.
We may change or withdraw features on this website at any time. Changes to the platform are handled under that agreement.
06Intellectual property
Prudara retains all rights in the platform, the site and their contents. Your organisation retains all rights in its workflows, its data and the records produced from its interviews.
Nothing here transfers ownership of your data to Prudara.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prudara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page records when they last changed, and material changes affecting platform customers are notified under their agreement.
