This policy explains what Prudara does with personal data. It distinguishes two very different things: the little we collect about visitors to this website, and the interview data we process on behalf of the organisations that use our platform.
01Two roles, kept separate
For this website, Prudara is the controller of the small amount of data described below, and decides how it is used.
For interviews conducted on the platform, Prudara is a processor. The organisation that configured the workflow is the controller: it decides who is interviewed, what is asked and how long the record is kept. If you were interviewed by Prudara on behalf of an insurer or an agency, your rights are exercised against that organisation, and we will direct you to them.
02What this website collects
If you contact us or book a call, we hold the details you provide — typically a name, an email address and an organisation — for the purpose of responding.
We keep aggregate, non-identifying records of page traffic. This site does not use advertising cookies and does not sell or share data with advertising networks.
03What the platform processes
An interview may involve an identity document, a photograph of a face, a recording of a live conversation, photographs or documents that the interviewee provides, and the device and approximate location from which they joined.
This is processed only to conduct the interview and produce the record that the controlling organisation has specified. It is not used to train general-purpose models.
04Where evidence is stored
Interview evidence is written to storage belonging to the controlling organisation. Prudara does not retain a copy for its own purposes.
The two identity portraits are held briefly in Prudara's storage so they can be handed to the interview, and are transferred to the organisation's own storage during the call.
05Sub-processors
We use a small number of specialist providers: identity and liveness verification, speech recognition and synthesis, live video transport, and cloud infrastructure. Each is bound by contract to process data only on instruction.
A current list is available to platform customers on request.
06Retention
Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Interview records are retained according to the controlling organisation's schedule, not ours. We delete on their instruction.
07Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
For website data, contact us directly. For interview data, contact the organisation that invited you to the interview — we will help identify them if you are unsure.
08International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the region it was collected in, that transfer is made under an appropriate legal mechanism, and platform customers can specify the region their data is processed in.
